I caught the bug!  I guess I got the flu bug….ugh!  It is not a very pleasant thing.  But, of course the fight is on and I am preparing to get over this sickness.  I don't get sick that often, so I take fast action when I am on the way to recovery.

The shopping list includes: cough drops, tissues (yeah…got that snuffy nose), and cough syrup.  However; a coworker suggested that I try a product called Mucinex D.  I had to show my drivers license to someone in the pharmacy in order to buy this item (I had to laugh at this….I am too sick to worry about making Meth and other drugs).  It's used for clearing nasal/sinus congestion.  Plus it thins and loosens mucus.  The best thing is that it is good for twelve hours since it has extended-release bi-layer tablets.  It appears to be helping the congestion in my nose.  I am no doctor and would never give any medical advice, but I think this product does help.  I stopped taking the cough syrup when I started taking this because I did not want to get too drugged.  Plus I have been taking vitamin C tablets and drinking water.

Any how…I hope to be back in operation real soon.  Besides, my nose looks like  Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and I don't want Santa Clause to think I am going to guide his sleigh for Christmas.
