Livingroom3  Livingroom4  Frontofhouse

I recently helped my mom sell her home in Quincy, Illinois.  I don't remember the exact date, but I think it was around September or October.  I took some photos of my mom's previous home before we sold it.  You can see those photos above in this post.  I just found out that it is for sale after it had been flipped with some up grades.  It appears that the person that bought the house did a good job of having it flipped and making it available on the market.

There is pictures of the house after the flip that you can see here (opens in a pop up screen).  It appears that the side room that was once part of the livingroom is now a bedroom.  The long closet appears to of been knocked out and that resulted in more length for a bedroom.  The diningroom/kitchen wall had been knocked out and that area was converted into a breakfast bar.  The bushes have been removed and some shutters were put on the windows.  I am only basing this on what I can see from the photos and could not really tell you the differences without actually seeing the house.

Although I would not know the first thing about flipping a house, I have few ebook suggestions for those that want to pursue this as a career.  The ebooks you can check out are: Flipping the Switch,, Getting Started in Property Flipping, and The Unofficial Guide® to Flipping Properties (opens in pop up window). The benefits of buying ebooks is that prices are cheaper and can be instantly downloadable.
