I sold my kitchen table, filing cabinet, folding TV trays, and desk today.  I helped a guy load them into his truck.  They will be going to a co-worker who wanted the items.  I am progressing more and more towards the move on April 1st to a new place.

I listed my futon on craigslist.com.  About 10 minutes later I got an email from a guy.  I called him right away and he asked if he could come over right away.  I was not doing anything else and figured it was ok that he came over.  I even helped him pack the futon up the stairs and help put it in the back of his truck.  From the time I listed the item till the time the futon was out of my place, was about one hour.  I don't know if anyone else can beat my selling record on getting an item sold & picked up that fast.
