Very Low Fat And Low Cholesterol Omelet With Hash Browns
I made a low fat and low cholesterol omelet. It is one of healthy recipes that I cook (or at least "more healthy"). Although I don't really have an amount of each ingredient to use for this recipe, I can tell you to use the following items for these results:
1) Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2) Cubed Ham or Turkey
3) Egg Beaters or Break Free brands (Egg Substitute)
4) Fat Free Hash browns
5) Dice a whole tomatoe
Spray your pan with some non-fat, no cholesterol spray. You may want to start the hash browns first because they will take longer. I did not add mushrooms, but it might be an item you might want to add. Presto…you have a healthy recipe low in fat and low in cholesterol.
