I went to the doctor on Monday.  I had recently had a small mishap that injured my hand.  I had fell and broke the fall with my hand.  My hand has been aching ever since.  I would of normally not been that concerned, but this accident happened about a month ago.  The doctor had me take three xrays and could not find any broken bones.  The doctor suggested that I just take some anti-inflammatory medication such as Advil.  I still open doors with my other hand and pick up heavier objects with my other hand.  Hopefully my hand will heal up on its own.  At the end of the exam, the doctor looked at me and said, "By the way, get some hand lotion for those hands!  Those hands look awful!"…Umm…how embarrassing.  I think the cold weather really got to my hands this time.
