Me snacking on "Baldies" - A Pretzel snack I was recently at an event where I had to stop and give someone a hard time about a comment they made.  I have changed the names, dates and other information to protect the identity of the guilty party (just joking…but I did change this information so that it wont be revealed who said this).

A conversation had come up about famous people that we had met.  I explained that I had seen Jack Nicholson before when he came to Omaha, Nebraska to act in the movie "About Schmidt".  The conversation circled around the group and then one woman responded, "I have only met Telly Savalas, but he was bald and old".  Although the woman was not looking directly at me, I was frantically pointing at my bald head (and should I add that I am getting older?).  Then when she did not catch that I was pointing at my head, I said, "Hello….Hello".  She stopped talking, turned red and started to giggle.

Today I visited her and asked if she would like any of my Bavarian Baldies Pretzels that I had bought.  I got the same response of giggles from her.
