Visited Washington Park in Quincy, Illinois

On a recent trip to Quincy, Illinois, I visited Washington Park. I came back to Quincy for my Quincy Senior High Class of 1986 Reunion. The reunion was held at this park on one of the evenings. During the summer time, they have bands playing. Everyone was invited to bring their lawn chairs and come watch the band play. This was the place that we all gathered for the reunion to talk, listen to the bands, and have a good time.
Here I am pictured in front of the Lincoln-Douglas Debate monument.
The Lincoln-Douglas Debate was held in Quincy, Illinois on October 13th, 1858.

One of the attractions in Washington Park.
I think the band was playing here on the night of the reunion.
